  • MUSASHI's unique tank for high-pressure feeding has broad, general-purpose applications.
  • This tank can handle materials at any viscosity from very low to very high.
  • The wide inlet hole makes it easy to insert or install an automatic stirring device.
  • Can be used in direct pouring or internal container arrangements.

  • The sides of the tank are straight from the tank opening to its bottom, and the bottom is flat. This allows a package of fluid to be inserted into the tank.

  • Thermocouple temperature control unit.
  • Outstanding stability. Offers excellent temperature setting thanks to unique design. This feature strongly supports improvements to the production quality of your line.
  • Precision temperature control. The system can set a target temperature in units of 0.1℃. It can display both measured temperature and the set target temperature at the same time. This function can lead to improvements in productivity.
  • Super lightweight and compact design. Decreases the block weight to half that of conventional models. The system employs a square shape that is optimum for installation on units.

Speedy and easy high-capacity bubble eliminator

  • This is bubble eliminator for removing bubbles that are generated when filling material into syringes by using centrifugal force.
  • Simple operation: Put a liquired-filled syringes in the machine and press the switch.
  • Two models are avalable according to the syringe size.
  • Clean and simple bubble removal for various fluids such as epoxy resin and grease.
